Student Accounts

Each student attending Lake Weir High School has been assigned a Student Account login and password so they can work from any computer on campus and save their documents to a personalized folder located on our servers.

A student’s login is firstname.lastname and they can obtain their password from any of their teachers, Mrs Thompson in Media Center or from their respective teachers.

On-Campus Wireless Laptop Access

Students may now bring their laptops on campus and make use of the wireless network here at Lake Weir High. This is a great opportunity to learn how to use a laptop as a learning tool in preparation for attending college or obtaining a job.

Students can bring their laptops in to be setup for access to the Media Center before school or during lunches.

Please read the Protocol for the use of electronic devices on campus agreement {HERE}.

Please be aware that Lake Weir High & Marion County Schools will not repair, service or troubleshoot a student electronic device. Students are responsible for the security of their laptop and should not leave it unattended.

It is a privilege, not a right to use your laptop on campus. A violation of County and School rules will be dealt with based on the guidelines in the Student Code of Conduct.
